PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Adam Barclay began his career with CQA in 1994 as a foundation staff member. After completing an internal traineeship with CQA, Adam left the company to expand his construction knowledge and experience, including surveying and machinery operation in the residential construction industry. After spending time in Central Queensland for both quarry conformance and Main Roads testing work, Adam rejoined the CQA team in 2000 as a Project Manager. He now holds the position of Principal Projects Manager and Field Activities Manager at the Lawnton laboratory.
With more than 15 years in the geotechnical industry and 20 years in construction, Adam has gained a high level of knowledge and experience across a broad range of areas including; quarry compliance testing, residential subdivision compliance testing, level 1 supervision of earthworks, local authority controlled roadwork, Main Roads testing and construction practices and surveying.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Dave Gregson commenced employment with CQA in 2002 with 15 years experience in the earthworks construction industry. With this experience behind him, he soon progressed to Branch Manager of Kunda Park Laboratory and is responsible for co-ordinating both technical and field staff.
Dave has a comprehensive knowledge of both Main Roads and Australian Standard testing specifications. He has successfully completed many industrial and residential subdivisional developments and looks after a rapidly growing number of compliance testing projects.
In addition to 10 years experience in soil testing, Dave has more recently expanded his knowledge to cover many aspects of Quarry Compliance Testing.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Darren Attenborough joined CQA Laidley in 2007 as a trainee laboratory technician. After completing his Certificate III in Laboratory Skills he obtained the position of Field Geotechnician progressed to Project Manager. His professional development in project management accelerated him to Branch Manager of CQA Laidley in 2009. He is currently studying his Certificate IV (Diploma of Laboratory Technology – Construction of Materials Testing). Darren's experience is displayed through his diligence and commitment to achieve quality results for clients and staff.
Darren oversees all aspects of branch operations and liaison between the administration and technical departments to assess, program and co-ordinate work operations. CQA Laidley are currently involved in projects from Ipswich to Toowoomba and within the Lockyer and Brisbane Valley regions.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Garth Musk is the Quality Manager and NATA authorised representative for all CQA branch laboratories. He is responsible for all aspects of the quality system and related operational procedures used by CQA ensuring that these systems comply with ISO 17025 and NATA requirements.
As the Special Projects Advisor of CQA, Garth is involved in the initial stages of major projects undertaken by CQA to assist with addressng any quality and testing issues before they become problems.
Garth has over 30 years experience in construction materials laboratory and field testing procedures, branch management, project management, site supervision and quality system management. Garth has over 20 years experience as a NATA signatory for a large range of concrete, soil and aggregate tests; 15 years as a NATA Technical Assessor in the field of construction materials and extensive experience in large earthwork and infrastructure projects around South East Queensland.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Cyril Te Tana is CQA's Regional Laboratory Manager and is responsible for ensuring that laboratory operations are run efficiently and that the testing is undertaken accurately. With more than 25 years experience Cyril is a key member of staff involved in mentoring all laboratory staff.
As the Technical Aquisitions Manager, Cyril is in charge of laboratory equipment purchases as well as being involved in promoting CQA's technical testing services to the relevant industry leaders.
