Paul Fraser has over 35 years experience in geotechnical engineering, laboratory and field procedures, project management, site supervision, and quality system management. He has extensive experience in large earthwork projects, infrastructure projects, roads and bridges, slope stability assessments and remediation designs, and residential and commercial/industrial developments in both advisory and investigatory capacities.

As the Managing Director, Paul is responsible for the overall performance of CQA including financial operations, technical operations and general business managment.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Cassandra Barclay was offered a graduate position with CQA in 2003. Progressing to Engineering Manager and Radiation Safety Officer, she is now responsible for coordinating a team of both professional staff and technical staff, performing safety audits in all laboratories, and managing the licensing and certification system for the moisture density gauges, the user licences and the laboratory certifications.

Cassandra has experience in all aspects of residential, commercial and pavement investigations, pavement designs, residential footing designs, pile designs and certifications, wind classifications and contour surveys.

Cassandra is driven to take CQA to its full potential to deliver the most comprehensive and reliable services and solutions offered in the geotechnical engineering industry.
